Terms of Service
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern edets, operated by Gesha LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 13953 SW 66th St, Unit 505b, Miami, FL 33183, USA. By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Contact info@gesha.com for support or questions.
2. The service
edets provides image, prompt, and live AI media tools. Features, supported models, availability, and processing times may vary. Public demos illustrate capabilities and are not a promise that your result will match them. A draft, blurred upload, or preparation preview is not a completed generated clip. Paid generation requires sufficient credits.
3. Accounts and access
Keep account credentials and guest-session access secure. Provide accurate checkout and account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use; guest access may be lost when browser storage is cleared, so connect your purchase to an account when offered.
4. Credits and payments
Video credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The pack amount, price, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Purchased video credits do not expire and are used according to the usage shown by the tool. Credits are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and do not earn interest. Stripe processes payment. Any separately offered recurring service requires its own disclosed purchase terms.
5. Generation, failures, and refunds
Credits may be reserved when a generation or live session starts and adjusted for the applicable usage. Failed generation jobs return the reserved credits; live sessions return unused reserved time according to session billing. Contact info@gesha.com if a job fails, credits appear incorrect, or you want to request a purchase refund. We will review the purchase and usage and honor applicable statutory refund and cancellation rights. Nothing here limits remedies required by law.
6. Your content and output
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You must own or have permission to use all uploaded material, including any person’s likeness, voice, and other protected rights. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and transmit content to our providers and deliver the service. We do not claim ownership of your generated output. Your ability to use it depends on applicable law, third-party rights, and relevant provider terms; AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use edets for illegal activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, rights infringement, harassment, or unauthorized access. Do not bypass payment, safety controls, or usage limits, or interfere with the service. Provider safety filters may reject requests. We may restrict content or accounts when necessary to enforce these Terms or comply with law.
8. AI limitations and third parties
AI output can contain errors, unexpected details, or artifacts. Review it before publishing or relying on it, and make disclosures when required by law or platform rules. We do not guarantee a particular artistic result, uninterrupted availability, or any business outcome. External AI, payment, and sign-in services have their own terms and availability.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account details, uploaded content, payments, and usage information. Only upload information you are authorized to share and have processed for the requested purpose.
10. Service changes and termination
You may stop using edets at any time. We may change features or suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security, or legal reasons. Material changes to purchased benefits will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Suspension does not remove rights to refunds or other remedies required by law.
11. Responsibility and applicable law
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional implied guarantees or accept liability for indirect or consequential losses. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Florida law governs these Terms, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, subject to any mandatory law or venue rights that apply to you.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms and will identify the effective date on this page. Material changes will receive additional notice where required and will not retroactively remove purchased rights. Questions, account issues, and complaints can be sent to info@gesha.com or mailed to Gesha LLC at the address above.
13. Marketplace apps and StopYourScrollNow Ads
These Terms also apply when merchants and creators use StopYourScrollNow Ads and related phone-ads apps operated by Gesha LLC, including when those apps are installed or sold through third-party platforms such as the Whop App Store, Shopify App Store, Ecwid App Market, Gumroad, and similar marketplaces. Pack purchases completed on a marketplace follow that platform’s checkout, payment, and refund process. The deliverable is the ad pack of vertical 9:16 ads generated from your stills. We do not guarantee return on ad spend, scroll-stop performance, or any other business result. Internal kitchen systems and the specific AI providers used to produce packs stay hidden from merchant and creator interfaces and are not part of the product experience. AI output can contain errors or unexpected details; review it before publishing. The limitations in these Terms still apply. Questions can be sent to info@gesha.com.
