Privacy Policy
1. Who operates edets
edets is operated by Gesha LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 13953 SW 66th St, Unit 505b, Miami, FL 33183, USA. Contact info@gesha.com about this notice or your information. This policy covers our website, accounts, checkout, and AI media services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, purchase credits, contact support, or use the tools: contact and account details, prompts, uploaded images and character references, generated media, and related job history. We also process session identifiers, IP addresses, browser and device information, usage records, and technical logs needed to operate and protect the service. Sign-in providers may supply the account identity and email you authorize them to share.
3. Payments
Stripe processes checkout and payment details. We receive information needed to fulfill purchases and support your account, such as checkout identifiers, email, purchase amount, and payment status. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and guest sessions, save drafts, process payments, maintain credit balances, generate and deliver media, check reference quality, resolve failures, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, and consent for optional processing that requires it.
5. AI processing and service providers
To fulfill your requests, we send relevant prompts, images, references, or stream data to the AI providers used by the selected feature. These may include Fal.ai, MiniMax, Alibaba/DashScope, and OpenAI, including for character-reference quality checks. Providers and model routes can change. Their own processing and retention terms may apply; do not upload sensitive information you do not want processed by these services. Hosting, authentication, email delivery, and payment providers also process information needed to operate the service. We may disclose information to professional advisers, when legally required, or in a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell your uploads or personal information.
6. Drafts, media, and retention
Unpaid creation drafts are scheduled to expire after seven days. Purchased jobs, generated media, account records, and transaction records may remain available or be retained as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements. Retention varies by record and purpose; backups and legally required records may persist after a deletion request. Your uploads are not automatically added to the public demo gallery.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We use session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, guest access, draft continuity, and interface preferences. Guest sessions last up to seven days. Checkout and sign-in services may use their own cookies. Blocking necessary storage can prevent account or checkout features from working. We will seek consent for optional cookies where required.
8. Security and international processing
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Gesha LLC is based in the United States, and our hosting and service providers may process information in other countries. Applicable transfer protections are required where privacy law calls for them.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have rights to appeal a decision or complain to your local data-protection authority. Email info@gesha.com. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law. We do not discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights.
10. Children and policy updates
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We will update the date on this page when the policy changes and provide additional notice of material changes where required.
11. Marketplace apps and StopYourScrollNow Ads
This Privacy Policy also applies when merchants and creators use StopYourScrollNow Ads and related phone-ads apps operated by Gesha LLC, including when those apps are installed or sold through third-party platforms such as the Whop App Store, Shopify App Store, Ecwid App Market, Gumroad, and similar marketplaces. We may process product stills and catalog images you submit, pack job metadata, entitlement and purchase status, and platform account identifiers provided by those marketplaces so we can fulfill the pack, confirm access, and support your account. We do not sell this information. Checkout on edets.com is processed by Stripe as described above. Marketplace billing (for example Whop, Shopify, Ecwid, or Gumroad) may process payment under that platform’s own privacy policy, in addition to Stripe on edets.com.
